Provider application consent

By applying as a provider, you confirm that the details you submit are accurate and authorize CreekWorld to verify your provider profile.

• Submitted details may be reviewed before approval.
• Additional documents or corrections may be requested.
• False or incomplete information may delay, suspend, or reject an application.

Verification and onboarding

Provider approval depends on identity, contact, service, document, payout, availability, and operational checks performed by CreekWorld.

• Approval does not guarantee bookings or earnings.
• Providers must keep profile, service, address, bank, and availability details current.
• CreekWorld may change provider status if standards are not met.

Bookings, conduct, and payouts

Approved providers must respond to assigned bookings professionally, follow service standards, and comply with payout and attendance policies.

• Providers must accept, reject, start, and complete bookings using the provider dashboard flow.
• Unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate conduct may lead to suspension.
• Salary, incentive, and payout entries are subject to admin review and applicable service records.
